Proposed Bylaws Update

For those who were at the meeting last evening, attached is the proposed Bylaws update with track changes for your review.  Please disregard any comments noting formatting changes and just focus on the content changes.  For some reason the formatting on the original document is very messed up and it was a challenge to modify.  

For those who were not at the meeting, we reviewed the proposed bylaws changes.  Feel free to review.

We will be making a motion to approve the changes at the February meeting.  If anyone has concerns with the changes or feels something was overlooked please let me know.
