Glen Burnie, MD

Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a non-profit organization in the Glen Burnie MD Area. RN would be providing one on one in-home visits for end-of-life patients living in private homes across Northern Anne Arundel County

Organization is well established, with a great reputation for quality of care in the state of Maryland. Position offers great work life balance and the opportunity to spend one on one patient time!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM with NO weekends or on-call!

Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $82,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year depending on years of experience or qualifications
  • 18 vacation days, 10 sick days, 6 holidays
  • Mileage reimbursement at the IRS recommended rate (.70/mi)
  • 401K with company paid match

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis and implementation of plan of care for end of life patients living in private homes across Northern Anne Arundel County, MD
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (physician/provider, social work, chaplain, etc) in order to provide highest level quality of care.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous clinical experience working with the geriatric patient population ideally in long term care, hospice, home health, acute care or related setting
